We can cater events from big to small depending on your needs.

The San Diego Chargers, San Diego State Football teams have and do request our catering services. We’re confident that you’ll be just as impressed with our food at your next party.

Mexican food

Choice of entrée’s: carnitas, carne asada, rotisserie chicken, chicken breast with tomatillo sauce, (fajitas) chicken. Beef, shrimp, or veggie, (enchiladas) chicken, beef, shrimp, cheese, (tamales) chicken, or pork, chile (colorado), chile (verde).

All entrée’s are served with refried beans, spanish rice, tortilla chips, salsa fresca, salsa rojo guacamole, famous handmade flour tortillas, and corn tortillas. Can serve up to 100+ people.

Mexican food breakfast

Choice of entrée’s: chorizo con huevos, machaca con huevos, huevos rancheros, chorizo and potatoes, chilaquiles red, chilaquiles green, steak and eggs, pork carnitas hash, pozole, menudo, scrambled eggs, potatoes, hash browns, sausage.

All entree’s are served with refried beans, spanish rice, tortilla chips, salsa fresca, guacamole, flour tortillas, and corn tortillas.

Other breakfast items: oranges, apples, grapefruit, mexican pastries, american pastries, pancakes,  french toast, vegetable juice, apple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice.

Finger foods

Taquitos ( chicken or beef), stuffed jalapenos, pork flautas, empenadas, quesadillas, bean dip, chicken or pork pieces, fruit tray, vegetable tray, tortilla chips, salsa fresca, and guacamole.

Oak wood bbq

Choice of entrée’s: tri tip steak, chicken, ribs (pork or beef), swordfish, chicken breast, pork loins, hot links, hamburgers and hot dogs,

All entree’s are served with refried beans, Spanish rice, tortilla chips, salsa fresca, guacamole, flour tortillas, and corn tortillas.

Street Tacos

All paper products napkins, plastic cutlery and plates

Our Serving tables and linens for our serving tables.

Set up and clean up chaffing stand to keep food hot while it is being served.

There is a 7.75% sales tax and 18% gratuity for your convenience added to the total of the bill.

There is a fifty-dollar deposit to hold the date of the catering.

Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit.
